Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are available to all our customers and apply to all products offered in our online store.
- All products sold through our store are covered by this Return and Exchange Policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Products may be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within three (3) days from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact Us page or by calling our customer service phone numbers.
- If the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications, please take clear photos of the product and send them to us along with your city, delivery address, and order number. We will review your request and arrange for a replacement product where applicable.
- Customers are entitled to a full refund if the product received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.
- We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product use that are not explicitly stated in the product description on our website.
- If the customer decides to return a product for personal reasons, and the product is free from defects or quality issues, a deduction of 30% of the product value, or a minimum fee of 25 Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), whichever is greater, will be applied to cover handling and processing costs.
